Camila Escobar Castillo

Camila Escobar Castillo is currently working as a People and Talent Acquisition Specialist at NeuralWorks. With previous experience at BNP Paribas Cardif as an Encargada de atracción de talento and at Adsformance as an IT Recruiter. Camila has also worked as a Recruiting Analyst at Globant, where Camila managed full-cycle recruitment for technology profiles in different Latin American countries. Prior to their current role, Camila worked as an IT Recruiter at Drimo and as a Psicóloga educacional at a school in Santiago, Chile. Camila's educational background includes a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica Cardenal Raúl Silva Henríquez and currently pursuing a Diplomatura in Human Resources Management/Administration at Duoc UC.
