Moran Sher Ronat

Moran Sher Ronat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

From 2022 onwards, they served as the Chief People Officer at NeuroBlade.

Prior to that, they were a Strategic Growth Partner at AnD Ventures starting from December 2020.

Before that, they held multiple roles at Ribbon Communications, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition from January 2020 to June 2022, and Head of Post merger Acquisition HR from January 2020 to June 2021.

From August 2013 to December 2019, they were the VP HR at ECI Telecom. Moran also worked as an HRBP at ECI Telecom from March 2011 to April 2012.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Human Resources, IL at News Corp from 2007 to 2010, and as an Organizational Development Consultant at TPS Consult from 2005 to 2007.

Moran Sher Ronat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 2001 and 2004. Subsequently, between 2004 and 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Haifa. Additionally, Moran holds a certification as a Licensed Psychologist from the Ministry of Health Israel. The specific month and year in which this certification was obtained are unknown.
