Kat Harhai

Kat Harhai is a professional with extensive experience in career consulting and facilitating educational programs focused on diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the Success Coaching Team Lead at Neurodiversity in the Workplace since February 2023, Kat organizes and implements career consulting services for neurodivergent talent. Prior roles include Career Consultant at NITW, Gender Responsive Facilitator/Coach at The Pathfinder Network, and Neurodiversity Collaboration Facilitator at Bridges Learning System, where Kat focused on creating supportive environments for incarcerated women and neurodivergent youth. Kat also has experience in admissions at Pitzer College and evaluating diversity initiatives at IslandWood. A graduate of Pitzer College with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Gender/Feminist Studies, Kat is committed to enhancing workplace success and promoting equity.
