Jen Mcclintic

Jen Mcclintic is the current Director of People at NeuroFlow. Prior to their current position, Jen was with NeuroFlow for 1 year and 4 months, where they held various titles including VP of People, Senior Director of People, and Director of People. Jen was responsible for leading the people team and helped to drive meaningful clinical and financial outcomes for the organization.

Before NeuroFlow, Jen was the HR Senior Manager and USA Lead for Checkpoint Systems. In this role, they were responsible for all HR and recruitment activities for over 400 employees in 30+ states across the US. Jen oversaw the Global HQ (home to corporate functions and global R&D team), a manufacturing plant, and remote sales and field tech employees. Jen led the US HR Team, was on the North America Leadership Team, and reported to the global company President.

Jen Mcclintic has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Boston University, a Master from Rutgers University in Human Resource Management, a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
