Anusha Saripalli

Anusha Saripalli has a strong background in formulation development and process optimization for solid dosage forms. Anusha has experience in various roles within different companies. Anusha started their career as a Scientist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they worked on formulation development and manufacturing for solid oral dosage forms and sustained-release depots. Anusha was involved in standard unit operations such as blending, milling, wet granulation, tablet compression, and quality control tests. Anusha also worked on sustained-release depots including preformulation, physicochemical characterization, and small-scale manufacture.

After their time at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Anusha joined Achaogen as an Associate Scientist. In this role, they gained experience in formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up of solid dosage forms like tablets, mini-tablets, and monolithic tablets. Anusha worked on fixed dose combination formulation technologies such as mini-tablets and troubleshooted issues encountered during compression, coating, and process development.

Following their time at Achaogen, Anusha joined Juul Labs where they held multiple roles. Anusha started as a Research Associate and then progressed to Senior Research Associate in Formulation Chemistry. Anusha worked on formulation development and process optimization for various projects. Later, they became a Scientist in the Formulations team, contributing to the development of new products.

Anusha's most recent role is with Neuron23 as a Scientist in Formulations CMC.

Anusha Saripalli obtained their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University from 2009 to 2013. Anusha then pursued a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, specializing in Pharmaceutical Sciences from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Anusha Saripalli obtained a certification in "Quality by Design (QbD) – For Practical Implementation of Tools & Tactics of QbD & L6σ in Pharmaceutical Products Development" from QbD-Expert™ in October 2022.
