Niclas Debois has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Niclas started their career as a Trainee at qUINT, a retail store, where they successfully contributed to the grand opening and achieved high sales records. Niclas then became the Customer Service Manager at Kaufmann Web Services, managing customer service for multiple websites. Following this, Niclas worked as a Sales Assistant at Axel Kaufmann ApS, where they gained experience in stock handling and visual merchandising. Niclas also worked as an Event Instructor at Eventsolution & SuperEvent, where they received excellent customer reviews. Niclas later joined Magasin du Nord as a Sales Assistant and Shift Manager, maintaining high sales levels in the fashion and outdoor clothing department. Niclas Debois has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 2007, they attended Aarhus Business College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, and Finance. From 2009 to 2011, they studied Retailing with special subjects, focusing on Textile, at Tradium.

In 2012, Niclas enrolled at Aarhus Akademi and completed a 2-year HF degree in Musik-Drama. During the same year, they also attended Hadsten Højskole.

In 2014, Niclas pursued a degree in Leisure Management with a specialization in Project Management and HR at Professionshøjskolen Absalon, which they completed in 2018.

In 2016, they briefly attended Auckland University of Technology, where they studied Leisure Management with a focus on Business.

Niclas returned to education in 2022, enrolling at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi for an Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Leadership & Management, with a specialization in Change Management.
