Andi Kurnia

Andi Kurnia has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they held the role of Senior Business Development Executive at PetroSync Global Pte Ltd. Andi then became a Recruitment Consultant at TRILINK Indonesia from 2015 to 2018. After that, they were HR Recruitment & GA Manager at NeuroSensum from 2018 to 2019, and is currently the Head of Human Resources at SurveySensum.

Andi Kurnia completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters at Universitas Padjadjaran. Andi then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Applied Psychology at the University of Indonesia. In June 2018, they also obtained a certification in Strategies for External Recruiters from LinkedIn.
