Frank Baughman

Frank Baughman has worked in various roles in the manufacturing industry since 2003. Frank began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at SOMA Networks in 2003, where they were responsible for DFM/DFT and overseeing onsite production builds at the contract manufacturing facility. In 2005, they moved to ViVo Tech as a MQE. Frank then worked as a Quality Manager at Advanced Knowledge Associates in 2006, and in the same year they were promoted to Quality Manager/Process Engineering Manager at AKA (Advanced Knowledge Associates). In 2007, they became a MQE at Wi2Wi, followed by a role as Director of Quality at ISIS Surface Mounting in 2009. In 2010, they were appointed as Quality Manager at Sierra Proto Express, and in 2011 they became NPI Manager, New Product Architecture at NeuroSky Inc., where they were responsible for pioneering mass-market Brain Computer Interface technology. Since 2015, they have been working as a Manufacturing Guru as a Consultant, and since 2017 they have been the Process Engineering Manager at NPI Solutions.

Frank Baughman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
