Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a focus on innovation in software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship to foster innovation across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previously, Micha held positions such as Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, contributing to advancements in self-sovereign finance and decentralized infrastructure. With a rich background in advisory roles for blockchain initiatives and various technology-focused organizations, Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
