Paulina Leja

Paulina Leja has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Paulina began their HR career at IT Kontrakt in 2016 as a Research Specialist, focusing on candidate sourcing and recruitment. Paulina then joined Look4App as an HR Specialist in 2017. In 2018, they became an Author at Just Join IT while also working as a Business Trainer at ELSA Poland. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at NeuroSYS as an IT Recruiter and later as a Senior HR & EB Specialist. In 2020, they also worked as an HR Consultant at HR & Consulting. In 2021, Paulina took on the role of HR Business Partner at Nsflow and later joined Scale Up as an Author. In the same year, they also became a Wykładowca at Dolnośląska Szkoła Wyższa. Their most recent position is HR Manager & HR Business Partner at NeuroSYS, which they started in 2022. Throughout their HR career, Paulina has gained experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employer branding, consulting, and business partnership.

Paulina Leja pursued their education in a systematic manner, beginning in 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they attended the University of Wroclaw, where they obtained their Master of Laws degree in the field of Law. Building on this foundation, they furthered their education at the same university from 2019 to 2021, completing a Master's degree in Visual Communication with a focus on Visual Communication.
