Paul Hemings

Paul Hemings has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Paul is currently working as a Co-Founder at Neutrally Health since March 2021, where they are involved in developing an app focused on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental well-being.

Prior to this, Paul Hemings served as a Board Advisor at Unplugged from April 2020 to April 2022, where they provided strategic and operational advice to the fast-growing wellness brand.

Paul also has experience as the Founder and Managing Director of Bird Restaurants, a successful fried chicken restaurant brand in the UK. Paul led the company from its inception in 2013 to its sale in 2019, driving profitable growth and overseeing multiple locations.

Earlier in their career, Paul Hemings worked as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2013. In this role, they specialized in M&A and capital markets, covering global financial institutions and fintech companies. Paul was involved in significant transactions, including HM Treasury's investments in RBS, Lloyds, and HBOS.

Before joining Credit Suisse, Paul Hemings worked as an Analyst at Invesco Ltd. from 2000 to 2004.
