Christian Busch

Christian Busch has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Christian started their career as an IT Management Assistant at Sparkasse Dieburg in 2007 and later worked as a Project Manager at univativ GmbH & Co. KG. In 2011, they became self-employed, providing digital strategies, web design, and programming services through their own company.

From 2013 to 2014, Busch worked as an Executive Director at styleframe GmbH. In 2015, they joined Monster Worldwide Deutschland GmbH as a Project Manager for graphics and later moved to Kienbaum, where they held roles as an IT Demand, Strategy, and Portfolio Manager, as well as a Project Manager for web development.

In 2018, Busch became an IT Teamlead at KUKA AG, where they focused on improving communication processes and implementing tools to increase service quality. Currently, they are serving as the Director of IT at NEVARIS Bausoftware GmbH, leading the transformation of the IT department into a service-oriented and business-oriented organization. Christian has successfully established a competence center for ERP and CRM systems and overseen the development of scalable technology solutions to achieve measurable revenue growth.

Christian Busch attended Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology.
