Heitling Michael has extensive experience in the HR payroll sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Since September 2013, Heitling has served at NEVARIS Bausoftware GmbH in various roles, ultimately becoming the Product Owner for NEVARIS FINANCE Baulohn/HR payroll, responsible for both second- and third-level support. Previous roles include Product Manager and Consultant, focusing on the implementation and support of the NEVARIS FINANCE Baulohn system for new and existing clients. Prior to NEVARIS, Heitling worked at Schäfer-Bauten GmbH as a Personnel Specialist in HR payroll from August 1990 to August 2013.
