Knut Gabrielsen

Knut Gabrielsen is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of various telecommunications and multimedia systems. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Nevion, a Sony Group Company, since February 2023, Knut previously held the role of Senior Hardware Developer at Cisco Systems from April 2010 to January 2023, specializing in video conferencing systems. Prior positions include Senior Development Engineer at TSAT AS, HW Manager at Nokia Japan, and Senior Design Engineer roles at both Nera Networks and Nera Satcom, focusing on mobile phones and satellite communications systems. Knut's academic background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
