Shreeram Chile is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in systems engineering and network operations. Currently serving as a Systems Engineering Architect at Ribbon Communications since October 2022, Shreeram is responsible for defining product requirements, conducting customer and partner demonstrations, producing technical solution documents, supporting Proof of Concepts, and managing escalations to secure technical sales. Prior to this, Shreeram held the position of Advanced Services Engineer 4 at Juniper Networks, focusing on optimizing network reliability and performance for key customers.
