Jay Haroon

Jay Haroon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member engagement and business development across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Member Experience Strategy & Growth at the American Bankers Association since November 2023, Jay previously held the role of Vice President of Member Strategy and Engagement at AOTA from December 2019 to November 2023, focusing on membership retention and value enhancement. Prior to that, Jay was Senior Director of Business Development at the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, where strategic plans were developed for engagement with key accounts in the healthcare sector. Jay's earlier positions include Director of Business Development at the American Pharmacists Association and fundraising roles at the Autism Society of America. Jay holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and is pursuing an Executive Development Certificate from Northwestern University. Additionally, Jay has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
