Russell Davis

Russell Davis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in member experience, strategic consulting, and healthcare research. Currently serving as EVP of Member Experience at the American Bankers Association since May 2022, Russell leads a team focused on enhancing member experiences and generating non-dues revenue through innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Russell held various leadership positions, including Partner Strategy Consulting at Optum and General Manager of Consumer Acquisition Services, where a start-up data and analytics enterprise was developed to improve consumer engagement in healthcare. Russell's background also includes significant contributions as Executive Director at The Advisory Board Company, Managing Director at Corporate Executive Board, Vice President at marchFIRST, and Strategic Planning Manager at USF&G. Russell earned an MBA in Business Management from Loyola University Maryland and a BSBA in Finance and Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
