This team oversees all aspects of food service, from menu creation and preparation led by the Executive Sous Chef and Banquet Chefs, to event coordination by the Catering Sales and Operations Manager. They ensure seamless execution of events and banquets, providing outstanding service through the efforts of Banquet Servers and Catering Assistants, while maintaining the club's high standards of quality and excellence.
