Leslie Beach

Leslie Beach is a seasoned professional in the field of food and nutrition services with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation since June 2021, Leslie previously held positions including Patient Services Manager at Morrison Healthcare and Director of Child Nutrition at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Food and Nutrition at HHS1 and Executive Sous Chef at Omni Hotels and Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from the Mississippi University for Women.
