Andrew Ostroff currently serves as the Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Analytics at New Balance since April 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Deloitte from September 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Engagement Manager for Customer Strategy & Applied Design and Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations. Andrew also gained experience at LAUNCH as Chief of Staff Intern and Strategy and New Ventures Intern in 2015 and held a Consultant position in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte from 2011 to 2015. Andrew's early professional experience includes an internship in the Education Division at the Inter-American Development Bank in 2010. Andrew holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Middlebury College. Education was completed at Phillips Academy Andover.
