Bridget Foley

Bridget Foley currently serves as the Global Director of Material Design & Development at New Balance, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Bridget was the Director of Materials Design at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from June 2019 to April 2022 and worked as a Fabric R&D Manager for Gap Fit & Body at Gap between January 2018 and May 2019. Additional experience includes positions at Nike as a Senior Materials Developer for NikeLab, Ralph Lauren as a Fabric R&D Manager and earlier sales assistant roles, as well as adjunct teaching at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2015. Bridget began the professional journey in textile development and design with a BS in Textile Development and Marketing and an AAS in Fashion Merchandising and Management, both obtained from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
