Grace Rosson

Grace Rosson is a seasoned merchandising professional with extensive experience in the apparel and accessories industry. Since November 2025, Grace has served as the Merchandising Manager for Apparel & Accessories at New Balance. Prior roles include Lead for Men’s Apparel in North America Merchandising and various positions in Women’s Apparel at Under Armour from November 2023 to November 2025. Grace's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Crocs, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Category Manager to Associate Global Merchant, and as a Global Assistant Buyer at Claire's. Grace has also produced and directed Iowa State University's Fashion Show, demonstrating strong leadership in event management and fashion. An educational background in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from Iowa State University further supports Grace's expertise in this field.
