Randeep Ghai

Randeep Ghai has extensive experience in information technology, currently holding the position of Director of IT, Digital Workspaces at New Balance since November 2001. Over the years, Randeep has progressed through various roles at New Balance, including Senior IT Manager for Disruptive Productivity, Global IT Services Manager, Network Services Manager, Senior Systems Engineer, and Information Technology Consultant. Prior to joining New Balance, Randeep worked as a Systems Administrator at D.E. Shaw & Co/KBC Financial Products from 1998 to 2001, and as a Consultant at IBM / CMC from 1993 to 1998. Randeep earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology between 1989 and 1993, and completed education at St. Xavier's School from 1980 to 1989.
