Paul Pless

With NCP since 2009, Paul is responsible for business development and investing at NCP, and he serves on the Boards of ControlCase and Sprout. Previously, Paul served as a Board Member of former portfolio company THMED (sold to Doximity). Paul is also a member of the Board of Directors and served as past President of the Birmingham Venture Club.

Paul previously worked in the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he served clients in Oil & Gas, Insurance, Investment Management and Real Estate industries. While at PwC, he led engagements for businesses with revenues ranging from $30 million to $1.6 billion.

Paul earned a BA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
