Travis Hall, SHRM-CP, has a background in Human Resources with experience working in various roles within the field. Travis is currently a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at New Charter Technologies, where Travis collaborates with People leaders to develop and implement HR policies that support business growth. With previous experience at Ozark Christian College, Employer Advantage, Truck Hero, Express Employment Professionals, and Woods Supermarket, Travis has a solid foundation in HR practices, including payroll management, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations. Travis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Minor in Human Resources from Missouri Southern State University.
