Siddharth Bhide

Siddharth Bhide is an experienced food scientist currently serving as Food Scientist II at Eat Just, Inc., focusing on the R&D and commercialization of cultivated meat products. Prior to this role, Siddharth was a Science and Technology Specialist at The Good Food Institute India, where responsibilities included leading a project funded by The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and developing coursework on plant-based meat R&D. Siddharth has also held positions at JUST, contributing to the R&D of the plant protein-based vegan egg product, and at General Mills in various roles, enhancing product formulations and quality assurance. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Osmania University.
