Melissa White, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at New Dawn Treatment Centers since June 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held a similar position at Fair Oaks Recovery Center from September 2022 to June 2025. Additionally, experience includes serving as an HR Knowledge Advisor at SHRM from September 2017 to June 2025 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Specialist at Adventist Health from August 2015 to September 2017. Melissa's career began at The Salvation Army, where roles spanned from HR Coordinator to Human Resources Manager from May 2010 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Mollie Stone's Markets from September 2009 to March 2010. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico.
