Dawne Menge has extensive experience in engineering account management, currently serving as Engineering Accounts Manager at New Eagle since March 2012. In this role, Dawne establishes strategic goals, defines objectives, and evaluates outcomes to ensure team success. Previously, as Engineering Accounts Coordinator, Dawne collaborated with clients and project leads to develop tailored engineering solutions and monitored project audits. Prior experience includes working as an Admissions Counselor at St. Paul Lutheran School, where Dawne designed and implemented strategic marketing plans to enhance admissions outreach. Dawne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, specializing in Human Resource and Organizational Development.
