Mary Kate McNally

Mary Kate McNally serves as Chief of Staff at New Eagle, where responsibilities include managing software licensing, acting as an Office 365 administrator, assisting with employee onboarding and travel booking, organizing team events, overseeing facility upkeep, and facilitating Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) data collection. Previously, Mary Kate was the Girls’ Program Coordinator at Mercy Education Project, where curriculum development and event planning for college readiness and summer camps were key contributions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Content Writer at Amy Angell Marketing, Shift Lead at Walgreens, and Writing Consultant at the University of Detroit Mercy Writing Center. Mary Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in English and History from the University of Detroit Mercy.
