Chief Energy Officer at New Energy Nexus

Danny Kennedy is the Chief Energy Officer at New Energy Nexus, a previous company they co-founded in January 2007 and ran until December 2016. Greenpeace Australia Pacific was their first campaigns manager from January 2002 to December 2006 where they then moved on to be the managing director for California Clean Energy Fund (CalCEF) from January 2007 to December 2010. Afterwards, they became the director for Project Underground, a position they held until December 2000 when they decided to focus on their newest project, Sungevity. Danny is dedicated to making photovoltaics simple, efficient and affordable for every homeowner in the US and around the world and has been working tirelessly to make this a reality.

Danny Kennedy has a BSc in Human Geography from Macquarie University. Danny also attended St Aloysius College in Sydney, Australia.
