Musiimenta Joy Kellen has extensive experience in operations management, customer service, and business development within the development sector. From November 2018 to October 2019, Musiimenta served as Operations Manager at Africa Development Promise. Prior to that, from August 2015 to August 2018, Musiimenta held dual roles as Senior Customer Service Officer and Business Developer at Village Power Uganda, focusing on relationship building and sales strategy. Beginning in August 2011 and lasting until September 2014, Musiimenta worked as Manager/Administrator at @The HUB Kampala, handling budgeting, bookkeeping, and communications. Musiimenta's educational qualifications include a Master of Development Practice in International Development from Regis University, a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala International University, and a Certificate in HIV/AIDs Management and Palliative Care from YMCA Uganda.
