Robert Birungi

Birungi Robert is currently the Head of Credit at New Energy Nexus, responsible for overseeing the credit granting process for the Ugandan chapter. Prior to this role, Birungi held positions such as Senior Loans Officer at ENVenture, Data Analyst at Kabarole Research & Resource Centre, and Teaching Assistant at Mountains of the Moon University. With extensive experience in financial services, Birungi also served as Area Manager and Credit Analyst at Bayport Financial Services and Collections Manager at Blue Financial Services. Throughout their career, Birungi has demonstrated a strong focus on optimizing credit income lines, reducing bad debt losses, and ensuring targets are met in both sales and collections.
