Andrew Malvezzi

Andrew Malvezzi has extensive experience in leasing and property management. Andrew is currently serving as the Vice President of Leasing at New England Development since April 2022. Previously, they worked at WS Development for nearly 9 years, holding various roles such as Senior Director of Leasing, Director of Leasing, Senior Leasing Representative, and Leasing Representative. Before that, Andrew worked at Brixmor as a Leasing Representative in the Northeast Region and also served as a Property Accountant. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for leasing activities at various properties, including those spanning across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Andrew Malvezzi attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Andrew'sfield of study was Accounting and Finance.
