MICHAEL HICKS has had a long and varied career in the automotive industry, starting as a farm hand at Smiling Hill Farm before moving on to become a technician at Wescott and Sons. MICHAEL then joined Cummins Northeast as a service specialist and eventually became a service manager. Currently, MICHAEL is serving as a product support/service sales at New England Kenworth. Throughout their career, MICHAEL has valued customer service and hard work, always striving to improve and grow professionally.
