Victor T. Scena has extensive experience in customer service and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative at Kraft Sports + Entertainment since January 2024, Victor previously held the role of Customer Service Representative for the New England Revolution since February 2019. Victor's career includes a progression from Game Day Assistant at Kraft Sports + Entertainment, Store Manager at Olympia Sports, to Athletic Ticket Office Representative at Brown University. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Victor has also accumulated significant experience in data analysis and operations through roles at Citizens Bank and Monarch Partners Asset Management LLC.
