Rebekah Lear (she/her) has a diverse work experience. Rebekah began their career in 2015 as an HR Consultant at Affiance Financial and Wirex. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Intern at CareHood and an HR Consultant at Homrun. In 2017, they worked as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and a Program Director at Herzl Camp Assn. In 2018, they worked as a Corporate/Campus Recruiter and a Recruiting Coordinator at Civis Analytics, as well as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) at Dyson. In 2021, they began working as a Recruiter at OppFi and in 2022, they started their current role as Program Manager, Operations and Recruiting at New Era ADR.
Rebekah Lear obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management and Human Resources with an emphasis in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2013 and 2017. In 2016, they attended Tel Aviv University to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Entelo Basics from Entelo, as well as a certification in Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn.
