Andrew Couch, P.E., PMP has a diverse work experience in the energy and engineering industry. Andrew is currently working at New Fortress Energy as the Vice President of Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Project Manager at McDermott International, Ltd from July 2021 to April 2022.
Andrew has also held various roles at SBM Offshore, including Group Yard Manager from June 2014 to June 2021, Chief Construction Engineer from January 2013 to June 2014, Senior Construction Manager from January 2010 to December 2012, and Project Manager from May 2007 to December 2009.
Before their time at SBM Offshore, Andrew worked at Atlantia Offshore as an Installation Manager from August 2003 to May 2007, and at McDermott International Inc. as a Project Engineer from July 1995 to August 2003.
Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing construction, fabrication, and installation projects in the offshore industry.
Andrew Couch, P.E., PMP holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Rice University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Maritime Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus from 1989 to 1993.
