Daniel McLaughlin

Daniel McLaughlin has a diverse work experience starting in 2013. Daniel worked as a Research Analyst for the FW de Klerk Foundation from January 2013 to December 2013. Daniel then joined Horizon Engage as an Analyst for Upstream Oil & Gas from December 2013 to March 2015. Following this, they worked for BloombergNEF where they held the positions of Analyst for Power & Gas from March 2015 to January 2017, and then an Associate for Oil & Refined Products from January 2017 to September 2018. Currently, Daniel is working at New Fortress Energy, where they started in 2018 and has held the role of Global Business Intelligence Specialist from September 2018 to April 2020. Daniel is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance & Strategy at New Fortress Energy.

Daniel McLaughlin attended the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2012 where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations. In 2011, they also studied abroad at the University of Cape Town, focusing on International Relations and Foreign Affairs.
