Meaghan McDermott

Meaghan McDermott currently serves as an Administrative Editorial Assistant at New Harbinger Publications, a position held since February 2022. In addition, Meaghan has been an Editor at Avatar Tech Pubs since June 2017, where responsibilities include editing and proofreading technical manuals and project proposals. Previous experience includes teaching English as a tutor and instructor at Wave Learning Festival, creating a course on Irish mythology, and serving as a Marketing Intern at HarperOne, where tasks involved content creation for social media. Earlier roles included tutoring at Diablo Valley College. Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed additional studies in English and Liberal Arts at Diablo Valley College and Los Medanos College.
