Veronica Douglas-Givan

Veronica Douglas-Givan possesses extensive experience in communications and public relations, currently serving as a Family Advocate and Community Outreach Specialist at New Haven Adult Education since July 2014 and as President of The Veronica Douglas Media Agency since January 2014. Previous roles include Director of Communications and External Affairs for the Bridgeport Board of Education and various positions at WTNH - News Channel 8, including Director of Special Projects and Host of "Wednesday's Child." Additionally, Veronica has worked as an Associate Producer for the Sally Jessy Raphael Show and as an On-Air Personality for WYBC - Yale Broadcasting. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Journalism from Quinnipiac University and multiple degrees in Mass Communications and Speech Communication from Northeastern University.
