Jeanette McWaters

Jeanette McWaters is an experienced professional in instructional design, technical writing, and project management, with a diverse background in education technology and consulting. As the owner of Options Consulting since September 1998, Jeanette has worked with organizations to manage technology-related projects and provide technical writing services. Presently, Jeanette serves as a proofreader for New Hope Church. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Michigan State University's College of Nursing, where assistance was provided in developing online courses and educational technology innovations, as well as instructional design and technology support positions at Lansing Community College and Baan. Early career experiences involved developing training materials and managing educational technology projects at Compuware and Invest Learning Corporation. Jeanette holds a Master of Science in Information Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University.
