David Shacklady

David Shacklady's work experience includes serving as a Project Controls Manager at Turner & Townsend JukesTodd since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Controls Lead at Eagle Downs Coal Management starting in 2019. From 2015 to 2023, they held the position of Project Controls Lead at New Hope Group, where they were responsible for recasting the project program and developing a streamlined schedule breakdown structure. Before that, David worked at Santos from 2012 to 2015, serving as a Cost Engineer in both the Hubs Commissioning and GLNG - Gas Transmission Pipeline Project roles. David held the roles of Project Controls & Systems Consultant and IT & Business Systems Manager at Enthalpy from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Systems/Cost Engineer at Peabody Energy in 2011, a Project Systems Engineer at Rio Tinto from 2006 to 2011, and a Project Systems Engineer at Sinclair Knight Merz from 2004 to 2006. David started their career as a Software Tester at TUH in 2003.

David Shacklady attended St Peters Lutheran College from 1991 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. David then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Finance/IT at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1994 to 2002.
