Winnie previously worked at BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. as a Senior OD Manager and Senior Recruiting Manager, focusing on overseas recruitment activities. Winnie also has experience as a Consultant and Client Manager at Talent Resources International, specializing in HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business-related positions. Winnie holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Nankai University and an MSc in Human Resource Development from The University of Manchester.
