Rachel Guttstein

Rachel Guttstein is the current VP and Director of Treasury Management at New Horizon Bank. With previous experience at Peoples Bank and American Founders Bank in various Treasury Management roles, she has demonstrated a strong ability to create and maintain relationships with commercial customers, provide support and training on Treasury Management services, and assist in the development and pricing of commercial products. With a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Sullivan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role.
