Stephanie Snodgrass

Stephanie Snodgrass, a CPA, currently serves as VP Strategic Initiatives at New Horizon Bank. Previously, she held positions such as Internal Audit Manager at Investar Bank, where she managed the SOX program and implemented a continuous auditing program. With a background in financial services, she has also worked at Santa Barbara TPG as an Internal Audit Manager, overseeing all phases of audits and providing value-added recommendations. Stephanie also has experience in the gaming and hospitality sectors from her time at RSM US LLP as a Consulting Supervisor. Additionally, she has coaching experience in field hockey at both high school and college levels.
