Sherry Kostman, PsyD, MA, CCM has a diverse range of work experience. Sherry is currently serving as the Behavioral Health Director at New Horizon Family Health Services since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and South Carolina. Sherry also held the position of Licensed Psychologist at IPC Healthcare, where they provided multidisciplinary behavioral interventions to patients in long-term care settings. Sherry has also served as a Board Member at St. Leonard's Ministries, providing comprehensive services for individuals released from prison. Sherry worked as the Regional Executive Director at SeniorBridge/Humana At Home, specializing in care management assessments and developing coordinated care plans. Sherry has also been a Board Member at the Midwest Chapter of The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Earlier in their career, they had a leadership role as the Divisional Director at Cornell Companies, responsible for multiple residential and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse programs. Sherry was also the Clinical Coordinator at Haymarket Center, where they provided therapy and managed reports and grant applications. Sherry started their career in advertising as a Senior Vice President at Kostman/Schmid & Associates, inc - Advertising, overseeing project management and brand development.

Sherry Kostman, PsyD, MA, CCM, obtained a BA from Lake Forest College. Sherry attended The Latin School of Chicago and obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on College Preparatory studies. Sherry then pursued their MA in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University Chicago from 1998 to 2000. After that, they attended Adler University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, Sherry received certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) in December 2008.
