Kathy James

Kathy James has extensive experience in payroll and management roles. Kathy most recently worked as a Project Lead in Payroll at New Horizons Enterprises Limited starting in 2022. Prior to that, Kathy served as a Payroll Manager at Sunnyfield from 2017 to 2022. Kathy also held the position of Payroll Manager at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse from 2014 to 2017, where they managed payroll systems and provided expertise in payroll compliance. Kathy also worked as a Payroll Manager at Darling Harbour Convention & Exhibition Pty Ltd from 2004 to 2014, overseeing end-to-end payroll processing and compliance. Kathy began their career as a Payroll Consultant at P&O Cruises in 2001 and later served as a Payroll Manager and HR Officer at Norwegian Capricorn Line from 1998 to 2000.

Kathy James completed a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Payroll Management Certificate from Macquarie University in 2006-2008, with a focus on Payroll and Industrial Relations.
