Kirollos Magdy has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2013. In 2021, they began working as a Freelance HR Instructor for New Horizons. From 2018-2021, they were the Head Of Human Resources for Caritas Internationalis. From 2016-2018, they were an HR, Training & OD for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, where they developed the property's strategic plan and delivered the company's vision, mission and goals. From 2014-2016, they held two roles at Orascom Construction Industries (OCI): HR Assistant and Oracle User. In 2013, they worked as a Tour Leader for Pegas Touristik.
