David King

David King is a seasoned Program Manager at New Horizons Telecom, Inc. since April 2007, specializing in formal project management practices and currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the University of Phoenix. Previously, David served as a Chief Electronics Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard from February 1991 to March 2007, where responsibilities included quality control as a Quality Assurance Inspector for the Coast Guard Rescue 21 Project and the design and supervision of a new Ships Audio and Video Entertainment System. David's education includes a Project Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix, along with training at U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy training centers.
