Jacob Schiffman

Jacob Schiffman is a skilled Mechanical Engineer II at New Hudson Facades, with experience since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jacob served as a Machine Design Lab Tech 5 and Student Researcher at the University of St. Thomas from December 2017 to May 2021. In the Machine Design Lab, Jacob developed SolidWorks models, engaged in the fabrication of intricate mechanical machines, and implemented new safety practices during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a Student Researcher, Jacob focused on acoustical energy harvesting, designing FEA simulations and presenting findings at industry showcases. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, earned in 2021.
